Note: Make sure to verify the buyer’s VAT obligation status using an ITax Pin checker before proceeding.
- Go to Registration mode.
- Press the TOTAL button to display 0.00.
- Press the SH button, then the PY1 button to activate sales with the buyer’s PIN.
- Enter the first letter of the PIN by pressing the corresponding key. Press (-) twice to switch to digits, and then enter the 9-digit PIN.
- Press (-) twice to switch to capital letters. Enter the last letter of the PIN, and then press the STL button to record the PIN.
- Enter the buyer’s exemption number. If the number is not available, press the TOTAL button to skip and proceed with the sale.
